A preliminary agreement signed between the Port of San Pedro and FLYING WHALES in Ivory Coast
🤝 On February 14, during a seminar organized in collaboration with the Ivorian Ministry of Transport and FLYING WHALES in Abidjan, an initial cooperation agreement was signed by the General Manager of FLYING WHALES Services, the company operating the LCA60T airships, and the General Manager of the Port Autonome de San Pedro (PASP).
The Port of San Pedro is a key logistics hub in West Africa and one of the most efficient ports in the region.
Signed in the presence of Ivory Coast’s Minister of Transport, Amadou Koné, and the French Ambassador, Jean-Christophe Belliard, this agreement aims to establish more direct and faster logistics links between the port and inland areas, thereby enhancing its competitiveness.
🍃 The integration of LCA60T airships into the port’s ecosystem will also contribute to reducing its carbon footprint while enabling the development of new air links to neighboring countries within the future FLYING WHALES network in the region.
