At FLYING WHALES, we advocate an HR policy that values diversity and inclusion. We work to ensure that there is real equality of opportunity for all, especially between male and female employees.
With 186 employees at FLYING WHALES France, 24% of whom are women, we are determined to continue enriching this diversity and maintaining equal treatment between men and women.
Of course, we are aware that the road to total parity in engineering is still a long one, especially given the national percentage of women engineers.
In this sector, women continue to face obstacles such as under-representation and gender stereotypes. Despite the challenges, there are plenty of opportunities available at FLYING WHALES thanks to changing attitudes, increased gender awareness, and the growing demand for engineering skills.
