LYING WHALES Signs Agreement for a Base in Macouria, French Guiana

On Thursday, February 13, we presented our project to establish an operational base to the Municipal Council of Macouria, French Guiana. This crucial step was met with a favorable vote from the council, officially approving the project! ✅

Thanks to the city’s support, we will be able to launch technical and administrative studies this year to prepare for the construction permit application for our future operational base in French Guiana.

With its dynamism and strategic location, Macouria is a key site and partner for the deployment of our project in French Guiana, as well as its future expansion throughout South America.

The LCA60T will provide French Guiana with a new means of connectivity, linking all communities across the region while addressing the critical challenge of decarbonizing transport—an essential issue for this Amazonian territory. 🌳
