Turbolab Presentation: A Key Milestone for the i-Démo e-Propu & Distrib Project

A few days ago, the 5th Steering Committee of the i-Démo e-Propu & Distrib project was held at AKIRA’s Bayonne site, in the presence of our partners, the French leaders in electric propulsion.

Launched in 2022, this project aims to develop the electric distribution system and the 32 electric propellers of the LCA60T airship.

This day was an opportunity to present the technical progress of the project and to visit the Turbolab testing platform, which will be used to test our first full-scale electric propeller!

Next steps: continue manufacturing and unit testing of the different components of the electric propeller, and prepare for the testing campaign on the Turbolab bench planned before the end of the year.
